This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take charge of the worldwide customer marketing strategy aimed at cross-selling, upselling, and retention efforts.
• Design and implement integrated campaigns (including email, digital, webinars, and events) directed at segments of the installed base.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to pinpoint expansion opportunities and synchronize on account priorities.
• Work closely with the Revenue Marketing team to ensure alignment on global campaigns, messaging, and pipeline objectives.
• Lead initiatives such as customer lifecycle marketing, adoption campaigns, and strategies for expansion.
• Assist in organizing and executing customer conferences and flagship events (e.g., Champions of Manufacturing), focusing on driving registrations and attendance from the installed base.
• Formulate segmentation and targeting strategies based on industry, product usage, and customer maturity levels.
• Achieve pipeline and revenue targets linked to expansion (Sales Accepted Opportunities, pipeline contribution).
• Maintain a strong focus on pipeline performance, overseeing opportunities from the start of campaigns to revenue generation.
• Evaluate areas where opportunities may be stalling or failing within the funnel, proactively implementing measures with Sales and Customer Success to enhance conversion and progression.
• Ensure pipeline hygiene and SLA accountability by facilitating timely follow-ups, clear stage advancements, and precise data capture across customer marketing-generated opportunities.
• Track performance through weekly reporting, optimizing spending and campaign effectiveness.
• Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps teams on data, reporting, and campaign execution. Create dashboards and insights to monitor customer engagement, expansion rates, and ROI.
• Collaborate with Localization teams to tailor messaging and programs for various regions.
• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience generating revenue impact through marketing in B2B Enterprise Software.
• Familiarity with ERP and Supply Chain concepts will be advantageous.
• Experience in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns utilizing tactics such as email, paid advertising, events, and webinars.
• Proven experience in account-based marketing strategies and tactics.
• Advanced understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including emerging technologies and trends, particularly in social and mobile sectors.
• Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce) and email marketing/marketing automation tools is a plus.
