This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive evaluation process for teacher and facilitator programs across various countries, cohorts, and academic terms.
• Organize and manage simultaneous assessment cycles, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of assessments.
• Spearhead the continuous enhancement of Edify's assessment strategy and training initiatives.
• Assist regional managers in establishing partnerships with local universities for the accreditation of the iDE.
• Cultivate strong collaborative relationships among in-country and technical teams.
• Provide regular progress updates to senior Edify staff on risks, achievements, and emerging priorities.
• Set up and maintain assessment modules and learner records in TalentLMS, Salesforce, and on the Drive.
• Export, validate, and ensure the accuracy of assessment data, maintaining complete learner and submission records.
• Lead the identification and mitigation of operational risks in partnership with program, technical, and country teams.
• Decide on the most suitable marking strategy for each assessment, balancing AI-assisted and human evaluation.
• Create moderation frameworks and establish quality assurance processes and guidance for markers.
• Analyze assessment results to identify misunderstandings and enhance assessments.
• Develop training materials and guidance for the marking process.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a graduate degree is highly preferred.
• Cross-cultural experience and alignment with Edify's vision and mission.
• Background in teacher training, professional development, or educational programs.
• Experience in coordinating assessments, examinations, or learning programs involving multiple cohorts, countries, or locations.
• Proficiency in using a Learning Management System to manage learners, assessments, and results.
• Strong grasp of assessment, marking, moderation, and quality assurance processes.
• Deep understanding of adult learning design principles.
• Experience in creating training content and curricula, particularly for online settings.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple timelines and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to identify and resolve data quality or process challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across program, technical, and country teams.
• Proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
• Personal confession of faith in Jesus Christ and commitment to Edify’s mission.
• Teaching qualification or classroom teaching experience.
• Experience in teacher professional development or instructional coaching.
• Experience in training markers, facilitators, or coordinators.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted assessment, educational technology, or workflow automation tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, or comparable digital systems.
