Commercial Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise and support offices in handling commercial projects while liaising with clients and insurance companies.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and adjusters from the initial contact through to the final billing process.

• Assist with job cost estimation.

• Oversee the progress of projects using the job management system.

• Evaluate estimates provided by offices to ensure accuracy in relation to the defined scope and reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, construction management, insurance, or a related field along with relevant experience.

• At least 10 years of pertinent experience in the property insurance or restoration sector.

• Possession of a Property & Casualty (P&C) Adjuster License or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in property damage estimating with substantial experience.

• Advanced knowledge of Xactimate software.

• Skilled in managing a project or claim workload effectively.
