• Act as the main point of contact for the Foundation's healthcare entrepreneurs (Imaging Ambassadors), managing projects continuously, which includes implementing pilot projects, addressing challenges, liaising with health providers, designing programs, incubating health innovations, and evaluating programs;
• Offer comprehensive support for all national ambassadors, which encompasses regular check-ins, feedback on proposals and budgets, coordination of technical assistance, processing reimbursements, facilitating equipment access, and providing scaling support;
• Oversee the onboarding process for ambassadors, manage reporting procedures, and track program milestones;
• Assess program performance and ensure compliance to uphold grant requirements;
• Promote global community engagement with both current and new ambassadors by encouraging knowledge sharing and enhancing communities of practice across all four regional health hubs;
• Ensure data collection, impact evaluation, reports, and program summaries are maintained;
• Organize engagement opportunities, events, touchpoints, and convenings for stakeholders and partners;
• Support program administration tasks, including managing program budgets, documentation, and operational coordination;
• Collaborate with internal Inteleos departments and teams to ensure educational and certification resources align with Ambassador initiatives;
• Perform other assigned duties.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Global Health, Nonprofit Management, International Development, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience;
• At least two years of experience in nonprofit program management, global health programs, or international development projects;
• Preferably experienced in supporting multi-country or cross-cultural programs;
• Preferably skilled in program monitoring and evaluation, reporting, or community-based project coordination;
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives at once;
• Excellent skills in cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement;
• Experience in tracking impact metrics and program performance indicators;
• Proficient in public speaking and written communication for reports, summaries, and external materials;
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required;
• Consistent attention to detail and strong follow-through skills;
• Demonstrated superior verbal, written, and collaborative skills for effective correspondence with diverse audiences, including executives, Boards/Councils, external contacts, and staff teams;
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and contribute to fostering a supportive multicultural environment throughout the organization;
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management;
• Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work in various software environments, including virtual meetings and digital tools such as Canva, Qualtrics, Tableau, Zoom, Asana, and CRMs.
