Community Marketing Outreach Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Achieves or surpasses weekly and monthly targets for qualified leads.

• Assists the local market in reaching monthly sales objectives; collaborates with direct sales teams for lead generation and public presentations.

• Develops new and nurtures existing relationships with prominent senior and community influencers.

• Organizes and participates in monthly events and activities through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email communications.

• Educates the community about Alignment and its advantages, services, and contracted providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two (2) years of experience in grassroots marketing efforts to generate leads at local community events in person.

• Two years of customer service experience.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of additional experience may substitute for educational requirements.

• Must possess a valid State driver’s license, along with car insurance and registration.

• State Insurance license is required OR must obtain it within 6 months of the hire date.
