📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and HOA board members.

• Fairly interpret and enforce community rules, regulations, and bylaws.

• Aid in the creation and modification of community policies and guidelines.

• Organize and conduct regular board meetings, ensuring accurate recording of minutes and decisions.

• Develop and manage the annual budget, encompassing revenue collection, expense monitoring, and financial reporting.

• Oversee financial statements and reports to guarantee transparency and precision.

• Monitor outstanding dues and collaborate with homeowners to resolve delinquencies.

• Assess vendor contracts and negotiate advantageous terms for services.

• Solicit proposals and manage contracts for maintenance, landscaping, and additional services.

• Supervise and coordinate contractors to ensure quality and timely completion of work.

• Conduct regular property inspections to determine maintenance and repair requirements.

• Maintain effective communication with homeowners, board members, and committees.

• Plan and facilitate community events, meetings, and workshops.

• Utilize digital platforms and tools to improve communication and engagement within the community.

• Keep informed about HOA laws and regulations at local, state, and federal levels.

• Ensure the HOA meets all legal requirements and obligations.

• Mediate disputes and conflicts between homeowners or between homeowners and the board.

• Strive to find amicable solutions to community issues.

• Develop and implement emergency response plans for the community.

• Coordinate with relevant authorities and services during emergencies.

• Keep organized and secure records of HOA documents, contracts, and correspondence.

• Provide authorized individuals access to records as required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in condo association or HOA management.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to obtain a CAM license in Illinois (support will be provided).

• Proficient in computer and technology skills: E-mail, Google Workspace (cloud), Word, Excel, etc.

• Passion for learning and enhancing your skills.
