Associate Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Execute operational tasks to guarantee client success and satisfaction.

• Generate ideas for activities, opportunities, and content to inspire or expand the community.

• Contribute to the development of regular content calendars.

• Investigate and pinpoint new trends in our services market as well as within social media usage and platform advancements.

• Keep an eye on social media platforms for trending hashtags, memes, and more.

• Collaborate closely, efficiently, and effectively with both internal departments and external clients and stakeholders.

• Maintain daily communication with relevant partners and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Compose and edit blog posts.

• Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the development team to demonstrate success.

• Create reports that highlight reasons, trends, and opportunities.

• Manage and respond to customers via forums, websites, and social media tools (both native and third-party).

• Assist project management teams in meeting client expectations and KPIs.

• Possess strong problem-solving, creative writing, and editorial skills.

• Exhibit strong communication abilities and feel comfortable discussing both positive and negative aspects.

• Engage confidently with internal and external partners through video and voice calls.

• Have a genuine interest in social media tools, platforms, and usage, and enjoy the associated trends and culture (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).

• Thrive on engaging with and developing a diverse range of people, communities, clients, and trends.

• Be capable of executing community initiatives, measuring results, and adjusting programs based on feedback.

• Exhibit excellent organization and time-management skills to meet deliverable deadlines.

• Must have hands-on experience (professional experience preferred) with forums, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram (experience with platforms like Snapchat, TikTok, Twitch.tv, YouTube, etc. is a bonus).

• Be a creative copywriter who understands the balance between professionalism and engaging community initiatives.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent work experience.
