This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Formulate and implement the global clinical marketing strategy to enhance awareness, engagement, adoption, and behavioral transformation among clinical stakeholders.
• Spearhead the clinical solution strategy to demonstrate the integrated value of the PCS portfolio across various care settings and workflows.
• Balance thought leadership (solution-agnostic) with solution-specific clinical marketing to establish credibility and foster adoption.
• Establish success metrics and assess program effectiveness to optimize business results.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Content & Engagement, Regional Marketing, Clinical teams, and the Chief Medical Office to synchronize strategies and priorities.
• Aid commercialization initiatives by providing clinical expertise to value propositions, messaging, and market entry plans.
• Collaborate on new product introductions by crafting clinical positioning, evidence strategies, and engagement plans.
• Oversee the creation of impactful clinical content and engagement initiatives, including symposiums, webinars, white papers, educational programs, thought leadership campaigns, and industry presence (conferences, associations).
• Work with the cross-functional team to design and implement integrated, omnichannel campaigns and digital engagement strategies.
• Contribute to the development of the PCS brand narrative across clinical audiences and care pathways.
• Create clinical personas and customer journey maps to inform engagement strategies.
• Collect and synthesize insights from advisory boards, market research, customer interactions, and KOL engagement.
• Identify unmet needs and changing customer preferences to guide marketing and portfolio strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and execute clinical evidence generation plans, claims and publication strategies, and health economics and outcomes research (HEOR).
• Assist in disseminating scientific evidence and clinical publications to enhance differentiation and credibility.
• Monitor competitive evidence and claims to find opportunities for differentiation.
• Design and deliver both accredited and non-accredited educational programs to strengthen ties with clinical stakeholders, ensuring that content is evidence-based, relevant, and aligned with evolving standards of care.
• Position the organization as a trusted clinical partner through continuous thought leadership initiatives, including publications, advisory boards, speaking engagements, and collaboration with key opinion leaders.
• Create strategic educational roadmaps that address clinical practice gaps, support product adoption, and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate across functions with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure compliant, high-impact educational offerings.
• Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and professional societies.
• Expand and sustain the global KOL network.
• Identify strategic partnerships and co-development opportunities.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in clinically oriented marketing, healthcare marketing, clinical program leadership, or related healthcare industry roles.
• Experience in or closely supporting clinical care environments, with a direct understanding of patient care delivery, clinician decision-making, and operational challenges across various healthcare settings.
• Strong comprehension of healthcare delivery, clinical workflows, and customer needs across care environments.
• Fundamental knowledge of clinical trial methodology, evidence generation, claims substantiation, and health economics; ability to interpret and assist in developing clinical presentations, publications, and value communications.
• Proven capability to gather customer insights and translate them into effective marketing strategies and commercial outcomes.
• Established ability to operate successfully within a matrixed organization and manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Demonstrated skill in leading projects, navigating ambiguity, and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Solid understanding of marketing strategy, content development, customer engagement, and commercialization principles.
• A passion for clinical science, customer-centered innovation, and achieving measurable business impact.
