This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Formulate and execute a comprehensive and actionable strategy to achieve profitable, organic growth of the account(s), in alignment with our global data center and technology sector strategy.
• Position yourself with clients as a prominent, global leader who contributes value and delivers successful results that align with their business goals.
• Offer leadership and guidance to global, multi-disciplinary teams, enhancing the visibility of all AECOM’s services.
• Shape the decision-making processes of AECOM’s leadership across the organization to ensure better alignment with client priorities.
• Cultivate and sustain senior and executive client relationships.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and project teams to proactively address issues and continuously enhance quality.
• Act as a liaison across various segments of AECOM’s business to provide unique and tailored solutions for your clients’ most intricate challenges. This involves coordinating teams and solutions from our global presence to strengthen client relationships and achieve successful outcomes (client satisfaction, repeat business, high-quality project delivery).
• Elevate AECOM’s brand within the industry through thought leadership and participation in speaking engagements at conferences.
• Proactively assist in attracting and retaining talent in client account management through mentoring.
• Expand and nurture a network with current and prospective clients by leveraging industry reputation, experience, and knowledge to generate new opportunities and grow existing business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, accompanied by twelve (12) years of relevant experience, or a demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Established experience in building relationships to foster growth.
• A strong collaborator who excels in a diverse and multi-disciplinary environment.
• Experience in the development of data centers.
• Self-driven, strong leader with substantial experience in client-facing roles.
• Existing connections with industry-leading hyperscalers, colocation firms, and/or developers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Capability to navigate ambiguity and lead through influence.
• Experience collaborating with multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and globally.
