This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and implement the global channel partnership strategy that aligns with Experian's growth objectives in data, decisioning, fraud, and marketing solutions.
• Create the channel operating model, which includes partner segmentation, engagement frameworks (referral, reseller, embedded/OEM, co-sell), and success metrics.
• Identify and rank high-impact partner types (e.g., SaaS platforms, Core AI Providers, fintech companies, system integrators, data/technology partners).
• Recruit, negotiate, and onboard key strategic channel partners to unlock new distribution and revenue avenues.
• Formulate joint business plans with defined objectives, pipeline targets, and growth milestones.
• Serve as the executive relationship lead, engaging with partner leadership to foster alignment and long-term value.
• Oversee partner relationships throughout the entire lifecycle of the partnership.
• Drive the pipeline sourced and influenced by partners, including co-sell initiatives and embedded distribution opportunities.
• Lead account mapping, opportunity co-creation, and joint customer engagement strategies.
• Activate and empower partner sales teams regarding Experian's value proposition and solution offerings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Marketing, GTM, and regional teams) to align on priorities, messaging, and execution.
• Coordinate resources to support joint go-to-market campaigns, enablement, and deal acceleration.
• Develop scalable processes and strategies to facilitate repeatable partner success.
• Establish and monitor KPIs (pipeline, revenue, partner productivity, activation rates).
• Conduct regular pipeline and business reviews to uncover growth opportunities and eliminate obstacles.
• Continuously enhance the channel model to boost efficiency, scalability, and overall impact.
• Over 10 years of experience in Partnerships, Channel, Go-to-Market, Business Development, or Growth roles within B2B SaaS or product-led organizations.
• Proven leadership experience in strategy, sales, and value proposition development, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and partners.
• Experience in leading and collaborating with teams, including technical, sales, product, and support resources from both Experian and partner organizations.
• Familiarity with working in complex, matrixed organizations with global and regional stakeholders.
• A strong desire to learn and educate our channel partners through presentations and discussions, with essential soft skills and a collaborative working style necessary for complex enterprise deployments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
