Global Cash Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Monitor and report on global cash key performance indicators (KPIs), such as transportation expenses, inventory levels, forecast precision, and reconciliation effectiveness.

• Implement strategies to decrease transportation and cash inventory expenditures while maintaining high service standards.

• Assist in the worldwide rollout of cash management systems.

• Manage ATM cash forecasting procedures to guarantee optimal availability and minimize stockout occurrences.

• Act as the global expert on cash management, offering guidance and support to local teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in cash management, logistics, or supply chain operations.

• In-depth knowledge of cash supply chain architecture, inventory management, and forecasting techniques.

• Demonstrated success in cost reduction and process optimization within complex, multi-country settings.

• Familiarity with technology-driven solutions, including AI/ML forecasting, automation, and routing optimization.

• Outstanding analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams and drive transformation in a global organization.
