Global CAPEX Procurement Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• In response to our strategic transition, we are developing a Knowledge Ecosystem to facilitate the sharing of intelligence across our various businesses.

• As the Global Capex Procurement Trainee, you will serve as the operational backbone of this central database.

• Your contributions will empower our team to consolidate global demand for enhanced negotiation leverage and deliver the strategic insight necessary for long-term data management.

• Perform weekly audits of our central asset database, cross-reference monthly purchase orders to identify new machinery, and proactively engage site representatives to confirm fleet data.

• Lead our supplier evaluation process by distributing questionnaires, monitoring stakeholder response rates, and bringing critical supplier feedback to the attention of Category Managers.

• Enhance user adoption by conducting live onboarding sessions, disseminating CAPEX updates, and tracking Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback to refine our central tools continuously.

• Facilitate our Weekly CAPEX meeting, utilizing AI tools (such as Gemini) to document minutes and monitor action items, while providing a succinct overview of the operational status of our central database.

• A communicative and outgoing individual who is highly proactive, organized, and exhibits exceptional diligence in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.

• Strong skills in database management and experience in cross-referencing intricate data sets.

• Proficiency in using IT productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and word processing applications.

• Familiarity with AI prompting techniques.

• An excellent command of the English language is essential, along with a genuine enthusiasm for technology.

• Knowledge of additional languages like Spanish, German, French, or Italian is appreciated but not mandatory.
