This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Act as a Cabin Service Representative for a Signature Account under Part 91 and Part 135.
• Plan menus and source catering from various restaurants, caterers, and retailers.
• Manage the purchasing and stocking of aircraft supplies as well as passenger-requested items.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections of cabin and galley equipment.
• Report any cabin and galley equipment issues to the PIC for necessary maintenance services.
• Ensure the aircraft is kept clean and in pristine condition.
• Adhere to the company’s procedures for safety, security, and service standards.
• Maintain compliance with safe food handling practices at all times.
• Deliver fine-dining onboard service that caters to each client’s preferences, aiming to exceed expectations.
• Organize cleaning services for cabin linens and dishware.
• Manage the storage and tracking of all service items left with FBOs.
• Complete and submit flight reports accurately.
• Actively engage in the safety management system.
• Reconcile company credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Read and respond to all company communications promptly.
• Follow all company protocols and procedures diligently.
• Comply with Planet 9’s operational policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards by completing necessary training and ensuring compliance across all assigned responsibilities.
• Adapt to shifting priorities by taking on additional tasks or projects as needed to support team and organizational objectives while aligning with the evolving needs of the Signature account.
• Certification in First Aid Training.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant.
• Previous flight attendant-specific safety training from FlightSafety, FACTs, or a similar organization is preferred; annual recurrent training is mandatory.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• High level of attention to detail is essential.
• Must possess strong technological skills.
• Flexibility and patience are required.
• Culinary skills and specific culinary training are preferred.
• Ability to manage a dynamic schedule and late-night flights.
• Unrestricted capability to travel internationally (considering health and visa status).
• Proficient in operating all features of the Cabin Management Systems.
• Skilled in using all galley equipment.
• Competent in operating all cabin features, including berthing seats and converting the divan into a bed.
