Global Business Implementation Manager, Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the implementation of new business initiatives.

• Assisting in the deployment of online booking tools.

• Acting as the business owner and leader for these implementations.

• Responsible for achieving business outcomes.

• Providing technical guidance for the product installation environment.

• Directing and managing the complete implementation process for new business.

• Keeping communication open throughout the project.

• Collaborating with sales, solutions, and operations to confirm the scope of new business.

• Establishing the designed engineering framework.

• Converting business requirements into a comprehensive design.

• Acting as the primary decision-maker for the business.

• Offering daily guidance to cross-functional implementation pods and support teams.

• Ensuring a seamless transition to operations following the go-live phase.

• Developing documentation that facilitates the shift from implementation to post-implementation support.

• Advocating for Quality Driven Management methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred along with 8 years of pertinent experience.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.

• Experience in direct customer engagement and implementation delivery.

• Ability to swiftly grasp new concepts and technologies, transforming them into customer solutions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capacity to inspire and maintain productive working relationships.

• Proficient in utilizing experience and judgment to strategize and achieve objectives.

• Experience in managing teams, including contractors and suppliers.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
