This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Lead the global strategy for brand communications.

• Ensure that communications are strong, compliant, and impactful.

• Collaborate with various teams to translate strategy into high-quality activations.

• Enhance global visibility, media impact, and execution by affiliates.

• Maintain a consistent brand narrative across all channels and stakeholders.

• Work together on product media strategy and cultivate relationships with media outlets.

• Provide guidance to affiliates regarding local media engagement.

• Oversee communications for congresses and manage toolkit development.

• Collaborate with Medical and Brand teams to uphold scientific integrity.

• Promote continuous improvement of communication capabilities across markets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in brand communications/PR within the healthcare sector.

• Significant background in a pharmaceutical or biotech setting.

• Proven success in leading complex, multi-market communication strategies on a regional or global scale.

• Strong strategic mindset with the capacity to convert business priorities into impactful communication and reputation initiatives.

• Established ability to work cross-functionally, lead without direct authority, and manage complexity.

• Excellent at building relationships, capable of fostering trusted partnerships across various functions (Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Policy, Patient Advocacy) and country affiliates.

• Outstanding communication and influence across different functions, cultures, and seniority levels; fluent in English.

• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• High energy, creativity, agility, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

• Strong team player capable of working independently while ensuring high accuracy and accountability.

• Proficient with approval systems and compliant content workflows (e.g., Veeva).

• Familiarity with digital and modern communication tools; knowledge of AI-enabled content development within company policies is a plus.
