This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee the global brand communications strategy, encompassing launch readiness, data milestone planning, and lifecycle communications.
• Ensure the brand narrative is consistently maintained across all channels and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Disease State Awareness lead on the product media strategy, including channel selection, prioritization, and media investment (paid, earned, and owned).
• Develop and nurture relationships with key international and specialty media.
• Assist affiliates in local media engagement to guarantee consistency, compliance, and quality.
• Direct the brand congress communications roadmap (pre-, during-, and post-congress).
• Supervise the creation of global congress toolkits and ensure robust local amplification across markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment (Medical, IR, Compliance) for data communication and manage media engagement.
• Create and deploy global communication toolkits, digital assets, and campaign playbooks for affiliate utilization.
• Ensure the development of high-quality communication materials, including narratives, Q&As, digital content, and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with country teams to enhance capabilities and drive high-quality execution.
• Manage agency relationships, ensuring strategic alignment, quality delivery, and efficient execution.
• Work with Medical and Brand teams to uphold scientific integrity and deliver strong educational impact.
• Partner with Community Engagement to amplify the patient voice and strengthen external partnerships.
• Coordinate with Corporate/IR Communications to maintain consistency and clarity in external messaging.
• Spearhead global insight gathering (media landscape, social listening, advisory boards) to inform strategy.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess communication effectiveness and optimize impact.
• Continuously enhance communication strategies based on data, insights, and changing market conditions.
• Foster ongoing improvement of communications capabilities across international markets.
• Introduce and expand best practices for data-driven communications and encourage the use of new tools, including AI, to boost efficiency, personalization, and impact.
• Manage the budget for communication programs; forecast, track ROI, and reallocate for impact while adhering to SOPs, industry codes, and corporate values.
• Demonstrated experience in brand communications/PR within the healthcare sector, particularly in pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
• Proven success in leading intricate, multi-market communications strategies at regional or global levels.
• Strong strategic mindset capable of translating business priorities into effective communications and reputation initiatives.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, lead without direct authority, and manage complex situations.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, adept at fostering trusted partnerships across functions (Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Policy, Patient Advocacy) and across country affiliates.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills across various functions, cultures, and seniority levels; fluent in English.
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to prioritize in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• High energy, creativity, agility, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong team player who can work independently while maintaining high accuracy and accountability.
• Proficient with approval systems and compliant content workflows (e.g., Veeva).
• Familiarity with digital and modern communication tools; experience with AI-enabled content development within company policies is a plus.
