This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Manage all aspects of global client relations, which includes executing benefit plans, providing daily support, fostering client relationships, and overseeing renewals.
• Provide strategic analysis and consulting expertise for clients’ international benefits programs, assisting in their design and enhancement.
• Collaborate with team members on intricate global projects that necessitate input from various specialists.
• Educate clients on benefit plan management and ensure adherence to both country-specific and local regulations.
• Counsel on multinational benefit solutions, including international pooling, captives, global underwriting, and other financial arrangements.
• Offer guidance on programs for global travelers, medical coverage, and expatriate employee benefits.
• Oversee projects for global clients to guarantee successful and timely completion.
• Communicate effectively with all levels within a client’s organization, from local HR teams to senior executives like the CEO and CFO.
• Engage in business development by seeking new clients and supporting the sales process, including responding to RFPs and participating in finalist presentations.
• Consistently provide the highest level of client service expected from our brand.
• Partner with our network of local and global benefits experts to address client requirements.
• Minimum of 5 years of global client service experience.
• Required experience in global benefits consulting.
• Preferred location is either in the US or Mexico City.
• Strong project management abilities with the capability to manage multiple tasks.
• A BS/BA degree is required.
• Ability to comprehend client needs and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Solutions-oriented team player who exhibits initiative and accountability for outcomes.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven thinker with robust analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
