This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Manage a portfolio of global enterprise accounts, fully responsible for net revenue retention and achieving expansion targets.
• Act as the primary executive relationship owner following the sale.
• Create and implement account plans that align customer business objectives with Upbound's platform capabilities.
• Lead negotiations for contract renewals and upsells.
• Promote platform adoption and utilization by collaborating with Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success teams.
• Serve as the advocate for customers within the organization.
• Proactively identify and manage potential risks.
• Represent Upbound during customer Quarterly Business Reviews, Executive Business Reviews, industry conferences, and on-site visits.
• Work in partnership with the Account Executive team.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a successful history of managing and expanding global enterprise accounts.
• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships within Fortune 500 or G2K companies.
• Strong background in cloud computing, infrastructure, platform services, or developer tools.
• Ability to develop account plans that connect customer outcomes to product value and drive commercial growth.
• Excellent commercial awareness.
• Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies and MEDDPICC qualification.
