This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement strategic account plans for both parent and subsidiary entities.
• Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within Model N’s SaaS product offerings.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to enhance solution adoption.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams (Solutions, Partners, Support, Services) to provide value throughout the sales process.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews and strategic planning meetings with clients.
• Champion customer requirements internally to enhance product and service delivery.
• Keep precise pipeline and account information updated in Salesforce.
• Regularly achieve or surpass ARR and funnel performance metrics.
• Employ the “Model N Way” sales methodology and associated tools.
• Assist with renewal processes and efforts aimed at customer retention.
• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise software/SaaS sales with a demonstrated record of meeting quotas.
• Proven experience in selling complex solutions (e.g., ERP, Quote-to-Cash platforms).
• Strong expertise in engaging with large enterprise clients within the Life Sciences or High Tech sectors.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC methodology and consultative selling approaches.
• Proficient in conducting virtual and face-to-face sales interactions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Experienced with Salesforce CRM.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
