• Establish and nurture new and existing relationships within various sectors of the electrical industry globally.
• Comprehend client requirements, pinpointing growth opportunities while formulating strategies to deliver value and enhance revenue.
• Develop actionable plans and strategies to expand business and achieve the company's sales objectives.
• Foster a culture of success and continuous achievement of business goals to ensure profitable growth.
• Oversee customer expectations and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide precise and comprehensive sales forecasts.
• Gather and organize information and data related to customer and prospect engagements.
• Observe customer, market, and competitor activities, offering insights to the company leadership team and other departments.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to establish effective support, channel, and partner programs.
• Manage essential customer relationships and engage in closing strategic opportunities.
• Travel for face-to-face meetings with customers and partners to cultivate key relationships.
• Extensive technical sales experience, preferably within the Electrical Engineering or Critical Power sectors.
• Consideration will be given to candidates with other technical backgrounds such as UPS, Generator sales, or the cooling industry.
• Proven track record in managing and developing key accounts, converting leads, and selling technical products.
• Capability to interpret technical drawings and experience collaborating with design and estimating teams.
• Familiarity with Switchgear is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts while also generating new business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative, enthusiastic, proactive, and with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong ability to build and maintain robust customer relationships.
• Confident in high-pressure situations and capable of managing complex objectives.
