• Drive Revenue Expansion: Achieve or surpass revenue goals for designated global accounts by deepening relationships within existing accounts and securing new strategic clients in alignment with Outreach’s objectives.
• Reduce Churn and Contraction: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in relevant countries. Ensure elevated levels of customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Lead Complex Negotiations: Navigate high-stakes contract discussions with C-level executives, procurement, and legal departments, ensuring deals that are beneficial for all parties involved.
• Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams—Marketing, Product, and Customer Success—to guarantee the seamless delivery of services. Act as a strategic leader, clearly communicating and structuring sales initiatives in partnership with key internal stakeholders.
• Partner Engagement: Gain an understanding of the partner landscape surrounding your global accounts, identifying allies or competitors, and applying strategic sales methods to manage intricate multinational partnerships.
• Competitive Awareness: Stay updated on the competitive landscape in key regions and countries, formulating strategies to outpace competitors.
• Multi-Cultural Engagement: Effectively interact with senior executives across various countries, recognizing cultural nuances and leadership styles unique to each region. Demonstrating cultural adaptability is crucial for building trust and credibility.
• Client Development Focus: Exhibit a thorough understanding of your clients' business environments, including industry and market trends. Be skilled at analyzing public documents, researching competitors, and converting this information into actionable sales strategies.
• Maintain Data Integrity: Diligently keep accurate and current records of sales activities, client interactions, forecasts, and pipeline data within CRM systems.
• Embrace AI Innovations: Show a growth mindset with a readiness to learn, adapt, and effectively utilize emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools and platforms, to boost productivity, customer engagement, and business results.
• Willingness to Travel: Be prepared for international travel as necessary.
• Additional Responsibilities: Carry out other duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
• More than 10 years of experience in strategic enterprise sales with a proven history of consistently exceeding revenue targets, preferably in SaaS or technology-focused environments.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to large, multinational clients.
• Expertise in managing global accounts, including overcoming challenges across multiple entities, countries, and languages.
• Strong experience in the Finance or Telco sectors is an advantage.
• Familiarity with sales automation and CRM systems, particularly platforms like Outreach.io and Salesforce.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities, with a proven capacity to influence decision-makers at all organizational levels in multicultural contexts.
• Experience in dynamic, results-oriented environments with a high degree of accountability.
• High integrity, business acumen, and financial insight to effectively demonstrate ROI and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with asynchronous collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Office or Google Suite, Zoom, and Webex.
• Ability to foster trust and rapport in both face-to-face and virtual settings.
• Prior experience in an expatriate role is highly desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a significant plus.
