This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Design and implement highly targeted 1:1 and 1:few ABM campaigns for key accounts, taking full responsibility from conception to execution.

• Create account-specific strategies based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), intent data, and insights from the buying committee, in close partnership with the sales team.

• Establish campaign messaging, content strategy, and digital engagement points to enhance interaction and conversion throughout the entire funnel.

• Monitor, assess, and refine campaign performance and budget to optimize ROI and influence the pipeline positively.

• Collaborate extensively with global and regional teams (marketing, sales, content) to ensure consistency and high-quality execution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of practical experience managing genuine 1:1 ABM campaigns (beyond just broad or segment-based marketing).

• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes, capable of engaging complex buying committees effectively.

• Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ABM platforms like 6sense or comparable technologies).

• Analytical mindset, adept at utilizing data to guide decisions, evaluate performance, and enhance campaigns.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, capable of working across teams and managing various priorities.
