GIS Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide live geospatial solutions directly to clients.

• Operate in a client services role, delivering live geospatial solutions and assistance.

• Effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Manage enterprise GIS databases.

• Develop and automate geoprocessing workflows.

• Diagnose real-world GIS challenges.

• Facilitate GIS utilization for local government.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent experience.

• Proficient in administering Esri Enterprise Databases, including Traditional and Branch Versioning, Views, Replicas, Reconcile/Post, and Compression.

• Familiarity with SQL Server.

• Skilled in SQL Server Management Studio.

• Experience with SQL Server Agent Automation.

• Comprehensive knowledge of geoprocessing.

• Scripting skills in Python, Arcpy, and JavaScript.

• In-depth knowledge of ArcGIS Pro.

• Experience with ArcGIS Online / ArcGIS Enterprise licensing and administration.

• Background in supporting GIS use within local government.

• Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• A desire for continuous learning and curiosity.

• Experience in training or mentoring colleagues.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
