This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• You will handle the renewal processes for assigned clients through specified skills, ensuring proper management, categorization, and follow-up.
• You will receive calls from clients through various support channels to identify the reasons behind their product non-renewal and work towards recovering any outstanding balances.
• You will reach out to clients who have not renewed their invoices, identifying the reasons for their inaction and facilitating the collection process.
• You will ensure that all interactions are documented accurately.
• Completed high school diploma or a professional degree in accounting or a related field.
• A minimum of one year of experience in debt collection management, customer service, sales, customer loyalty, and retention.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting knowledge.
