This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• You will handle the renewal processes for assigned clients through various skills, ensuring proper management, categorization, and follow-up.
• You will receive calls from clients via multiple support channels to identify reasons for non-renewal of their products and aim to recover outstanding balances.
• You will reach out to clients who have not renewed their invoices and ascertain the reasons for their inaction, successfully facilitating collections.
• You will ensure that all interactions are documented appropriately.
• Completed technology degree.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in debt collection management, negotiation, customer service, loyalty, retention, and sales.
• Proficient in office software tools.
• Availability for flexible hours.
