This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform second-pass quality assessments to guarantee overall linguistic precision and consistency across multiple batches.

• Assess and standardize severity evaluations to ensure alignment with established quality benchmarks.

• Detect systemic issues in machine translation quality, such as recurring error trends, tone discrepancies, and terminology inconsistencies.

• Deliver high-level qualitative insights that directly enhance final quality reports and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level command of German (Germany) along with strong proficiency in English.

• Background in linguistic quality assessment, machine translation evaluation, or localization quality assurance.

• Strong understanding of linguistic QA frameworks and categorization of errors.

• Exceptional attention to detail paired with a quality-oriented, analytical approach.

• Capability to work autonomously and provide clear, actionable feedback on quality.
