📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional technical support to users of a prominent video streaming service through chat, email, and phone communications.

• Diagnose playback problems, address subscription billing questions, and resolve device compatibility issues for a German-speaking clientele.

• Provide expert advice on platform functionalities, assist with content navigation, and offer tailored streaming suggestions.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest streaming trends and platform developments to guarantee accurate information dissemination.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to troubleshoot and rectify complex streaming service disruptions or platform glitches.

• Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every customer interaction embodies the quality associated with top-tier streaming services.

• Achieve and surpass performance targets related to service excellence, resolution efficiency, and customer satisfaction ratings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.

• Possession of a valid EU passport or a legitimate work permit that permits employment in Greece.

• A strong enthusiasm for the video streaming sector and digital media content.

• Outstanding communication abilities paired with an empathetic and patient demeanor in problem-solving scenarios.

• Capability to thrive in a high-paced environment while keeping a keen eye for detail.
