German-Speaking Telesales Agent – B2B Partner Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling initiatives targeting self-employed agents, brokers, and real estate professionals.

• Present the partnership model and address objections in real-time.

• Assess interest and schedule one-on-one consultations for the partner management team.

• Strive to meet monthly calling and conversion goals.

• Accurately record call results and follow-up actions in the CRM.

• Share insights and call patterns with the team.

• Adhere to data protection, compliance, and calling protocols.

• Recruit independent sales partners for a European clean energy firm expanding solar and heat pump solutions throughout Germany.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German is mandatory; all calls will be conducted in German.

• Prior experience in outbound sales or telesales is essential.

• Experience in B2B phone acquisition or partner acquisition is preferred.

• A background in financial services, insurance, real estate, mortgage financing, energy, or telecommunications is advantageous.

• Ability to confidently engage with independent sales representatives, managing directors, and sales leaders.

• Strong skills in objection handling and consistent follow-up.

• Familiarity with structured CRM documentation and maintaining high data quality standards.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET.

• An English CV is required for the application.
