This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-level technical support for Microsoft software and enterprise cloud solutions.

• Act as a dedicated contact for German-speaking enterprise clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Diagnose intricate IT infrastructure challenges while strictly adhering to service-level agreements.

• Guide clients on Microsoft best practices to enhance their business efficiency and drive digital transformation.

• Keep meticulous case documentation within the CRM to monitor resolution progress and client interactions.

• Work collaboratively with international cross-functional teams to address high-priority technical escalations.

• Remain informed about the latest software updates and security protocols in the global IT landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in German (both spoken and written).

• Possess a valid EU passport or work permit (mandatory).

• A strong enthusiasm for technology and a demonstrated interest in the Information Technology sector.

• Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex technical solutions with clarity.

• Previous experience in technical support, customer success, or an IT helpdesk environment is highly beneficial.

• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
