German Speaking Customer Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer support for Dyson’s premium selection of consumer electronics through phone, email, and chat.

• Accurately troubleshoot technical inquiries related to advanced home appliances with attention and care.

• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the esteemed standards associated with the Dyson name.

• Assist customers in navigating product features, ensuring they gain maximum benefit from their investments in consumer electronics.

• Meticulously record customer interactions and feedback in the internal CRM system.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to effectively address complex technical service requests.

• Sustain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, friendly, and expert solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent German (both spoken and written) is essential for this position.

• A valid EU passport or work permit that allows for residency and employment within the European Union.

• Outstanding communication skills coupled with a genuine enthusiasm for the consumer electronics sector.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on delivering technical support excellence.

• A positive, solution-oriented attitude, and a desire to live and work abroad.

• Previous experience in high-end customer service is highly preferred.
