German Speaking Customer Agent – Online Marketplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional support to customers of a global online marketplace.

• Assist with questions regarding product listings, order tracking, returns, and digital payments.

• Address complex consumer disputes, emphasizing brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with international teams to enhance retail support workflows and uphold service level agreements.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions in internal retail management systems.

• Serve as a brand ambassador in both online and offline retail service engagements.

• Stay informed about e-commerce trends and retail policies to provide accurate information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent German, both spoken and written, is essential.

• A valid EU passport is required for employment within the European Union.

• Excellent communication skills are necessary.

• A genuine passion for the retail industry, both online and offline.

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a considerable advantage.

• Proficiency in computer systems and ability to multitask digitally.

• Capability to thrive in a remote work setting while remaining professional and goal-oriented.
