• Reach out to potential sales partners via phone, including independent agents, brokers, and real estate professionals.

• Articulate the partnership model and its benefits for partners' existing customer bases.

• Assess relevance and genuine interest prior to scheduling subsequent steps.

• Arrange qualified one-on-one consultations for the partner management team.

• Accurately document call results, objections, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

• Share insights and recurring themes from calls with the team.

• Adhere to data protection, compliance, and call protocols.

• Assist in recruiting independent sales partners for a European clean energy firm that is expanding its solar and heat pump solutions in Germany.

• Native German speaker — this is a strict requirement, as all communication occurs in German.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in B2B phone acquisition, telesales, or partner acquisition.

• Preferably, a background in financial services, insurance, real estate, mortgage financing, energy, or telecommunications.

• Comfortable engaging with independent sales representatives, managing directors, and sales leaders.

• Possess a professional, committed, and energetic communication style.

• Ability to clearly explain a new business model and emphasize its economic benefits.

• Strong skills in handling objections and maintaining consistent, disciplined follow-up.

• Proficient in structured CRM documentation and upholding a high standard of data quality.

• Available during core hours, 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday to Friday.

• An English version of the CV is required for application.
