German-speaking Agent – Replacement Vehicle Reservations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Ensure that private clients receive a replacement vehicle swiftly and effortlessly in the event of a breakdown or accident.

• Collaborate closely with insurance firms and roadside assistance services, promptly addressing their requests.

• Handle both inbound and outbound communications through email and telephone.

• Generate orders and accurately allocate the requested vehicles efficiently.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during challenging situations, offering calm and effective solutions.

• Contribute to a collaborative international remote team dedicated to delivering service excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both German and English; knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch is advantageous.

• Strong capability to comprehend and anticipate customer needs.

• Open-minded, communicative, and confident in both written and spoken communication.

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, including availability for night shifts (22:00–06:00).

• Proven experience working effectively within international teams, promoting cooperation and a positive working atmosphere.

• Capable of quickly identifying problems and proposing effective solutions to maintain service continuity and customer satisfaction.
