German Speaking Agent – Replacement Reservation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Ensure that private customers receive a replacement vehicle promptly in the event of breakdowns or accidents.

• Manage orders efficiently and with a customer-focused approach through email or telephone communication.

• Work in collaboration with various insurance and roadside assistance providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in both German and English; knowledge of additional languages (Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch) is advantageous.

• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.

• Basic experience with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook).

• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, including availability for night shifts.

• Ability to swiftly identify issues and suggest effective solutions.
