German OPI Interpretation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages, refraining from adding, omitting, or substituting.

• Deliver the highest level of customer service while interpreting.

• Enable effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and Clients by providing accurate and complete interpretations of messages.

• Proficiency in both German and English languages.

• Professional experience in remote interpreting.

• Knowledge of terminology specific to the healthcare and medical industries.

• Capability to ensure accurate communication during calls.

• Adherence to technical requirements necessary for remote work.
