This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Oversee customer communications through phone, email, and chat
• Address orders, refunds, shipping concerns, and payment inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams, couriers, and partners
• Tackle complex issues and escalate them when necessary
• Uphold high customer satisfaction levels and achieve KPIs
• Proficient in German and strong English (C1)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with the capability to perform under pressure
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
• 40 hours per week, rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 24:00
• **Without accommodation:** ~€1,523
