This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.
• Deliver professional and courteous assistance to customers through live chat and email.
• Support customers across various brands and gaming products.
• Comprehend customer requirements and provide effective solutions to their inquiries or concerns.
• Manage around 70 customer cases during each shift.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
• Identify areas for enhancing customer experience and improving internal procedures.
• Uphold a high level of communication and customer care consistently.
• Proficient in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a dedication to service excellence.
• Capable of diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and resolving problems swiftly.
• Exhibit patience, empathy, professionalism, and critical thinking in addressing customer concerns.
• Ability to juggle multiple conversations and tasks at once.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Skillful in managing customer disputes in a calm and professional manner.
• Experience in online casino or sportsbook settings (preferred).
• Familiarity with customer support platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, or LiveChat (preferred).
