This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients regarding subscription-based services.
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver prompt solutions.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in communication with customers.
• Accurately document interactions to aid in service enhancements.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
• Participate in training sessions to keep current on product knowledge and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is crucial. Please specify your nationality and native language in your application.
• Strong dedication to providing high-quality customer service.
• Prior experience in customer service or subscription-based services is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness and capability to relocate to Greece.
