German Customer Service Specialist – Insurance Sector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Customer Consultation: Deliver independent, case-closing telephone guidance to current and potential clients concerning motor vehicle insurance.

• Contract Management: Manage new applications, vehicle modifications, conversions, terminations, and general account updates.

• Offer Preparation: Create insurance offers for composite lines (liability, accident, property, and legal expenses) during customer consultations.

• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate pension consultation appointments for clients within the service flow.

• Data Logging: Execute accurate real-time entry and updates of customer accounts and case notes to ensure quality and mitigate financial risks.

• Document Processing: Accurately manage and log incoming physical and digital documents (mail/emails) in a timely manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (written and spoken at a C1 - C2 level) with advanced communication and listening skills.

• Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and solution-focused approach to address customer dissatisfaction and resolve inquiries on the first contact.

• Technical Literacy: Proficient in navigating Windows, Chrome, MS Office, and specialized CRM/claims management systems.

• Educational Background: At least a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
