German Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to online advertisers through phone, chat, and email, as well as during scheduled appointments.

• Aid in the management of advertising campaigns and address inquiries related to invoices, account settings, technical issues, and ad performance.

• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to address customer inquiries.

• Perform proactive follow-ups and callbacks to deliver customized, solution-focused support.

• Recognize opportunities for additional sales and suggest suitable products, features, and services.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.

• Strong English language skills.

• Exceptional service orientation coupled with a friendly and patient attitude.

• Outstanding communication abilities and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience in online advertising and/or customer service is beneficial.

• A sales-oriented mindset with the capability to effectively recommend additional products and services.

• High level of technical aptitude.

• Proficient use of PC applications, the Internet, and Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting techniques.
