German Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and various communication platforms.

• Effectively and professionally handle product inquiries, after-sales support, and technical problems.

• Keep thorough and precise records of customer interactions.

• Work collaboratively with various departments to quickly resolve customer issues.

• Engage in training sessions to remain updated on vehicle products and best practices in customer service.

• Uphold the company’s dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in German at a native level and English at a B2 level (both written and spoken) is a must; please indicate your nationality and native language in your application.

• Strong skills in customer service with an emphasis on problem-solving and effective communication.

• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing industry, is a plus.

• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses fully covered by the company.
