This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical assistance to users of luxury vehicles concerning digital services, ensuring high customer satisfaction through various communication channels (inbound calls/chats/emails).
• Establish customer trust by engaging in empathetic and personalized dialogues.
• Aim for first-call resolution while genuinely addressing customer needs and challenges.
• Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns.
• Provide support and solutions to customers in alignment with the company's customer service policies.
• Maintain a high standard of customer support and satisfaction, along with a customer relationship database.
• Native or near-native proficiency in German (minimum level C1, both oral and written).
• Fluent English proficiency (minimum level B2, both oral and written).
• Outstanding communication abilities coupled with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic technical knowledge (e.g., familiarity with smartphones, internet applications, MS Office, etc.).
• Willingness to work in shifts (the department operates 24/7, requiring rotational shifts, including approximately 5 night shifts per month, with the remainder during the day).
• Capability to work remotely from home.
• Possession of an EU Passport.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens.
