This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Oversee incoming calls and customer service inquiries via telephone and email
• Deliver precise, valid, and comprehensive information
• Recognize and evaluate customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and organize documents
• Go the extra mile to engage with customers
• Native or near-native proficiency in German
• B2 proficiency in English
• Strong skills in handling phone contacts and active listening
• Capability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to respond to various personalities
• Adaptable skills and a collaborative team spirit
• Competitive salary (14 payments per year)
