This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ensure the execution of the Marketing and Sales strategy within the designated territory.
• Lead, develop, and oversee a team of sales representatives.
• Conduct ongoing field coaching focused on sales skills enhancement.
• Facilitate district meetings, tactical training sessions, and individual feedback discussions.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective action plans.
• Develop and execute the district tactical plan aligned with the national strategic plan.
• Analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and demand indicators to inform decision-making.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation, routing, and customer segmentation.
• Manage the district budget with responsibility and strategic insight.
• Build relationships with medical leaders and key stakeholders.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements in approach.
• Translate field insights into strategic recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time.
• Experience in the role, preferably in the medical demand sector.
