This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ensure the achievement of sales objectives, market share, and implementation of commercial strategies in your area of operation by directly managing teams of representatives or account executives, ensuring alignment with company guidelines and excellence in field execution.
• Manage and develop the team of commercial representatives (consultants or account executives) for the Interior of São Paulo, Triângulo Mineiro, and the Central-West Region, ensuring high performance and adherence to brand strategies.
• Implement and monitor district action plans aligned with regional and national goals.
• Track performance indicators (Sell-in, Sell-out, territory coverage, visit frequency and productivity, product mix, etc.).
• Conduct coaching and field supervision to strengthen the technical and behavioral skills of the team.
• Ensure the execution of promotional plans, marketing materials, and product launches.
• Analyze results and propose corrective actions to maximize market opportunities.
• Foster relationships with strategic clients and opinion leaders, in accordance with the company’s business model.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, compliance regulations, and best practices of the company.
• Promote a collaborative, ethical, and high-performance work environment.
• Actively participate in planning meetings and commercial conventions, contributing regional insights and growth strategies.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in fields such as Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Biomedicine, or related areas).
• Intermediate English and desirable Spanish.
• Experience as a supervisor, coordinator, or district manager in the pharmaceutical sector and/or health-related areas with aesthetic indications.
• Experience in managing field teams.
• Experience in building relationships within the medical channels, dentistry (especially with dentists engaged in aesthetic treatments in orofacial harmonization), biomedical professionals, pharmacists, nurses, and physiotherapists.
• Knowledge of sales strategies, indicator analysis (DASHBOARD, IQVIA, Sell-in, Sell-out), coaching techniques, situational leadership, CRM tools, and Excel.
