This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage the client portfolio (reselling Shell-branded gas stations) ensuring the proper execution of established contracts, while seeking additional volume and overseeing fuel supply prices and margins, along with other services and products from Raízen;
• Assist in identifying and prospecting new clients, adhering to the strategy set forth by the company;
• Serve as the primary contact with internal departments to ensure optimal service delivery to clients, while promoting Raízen's values internally, particularly in areas such as credit and collections, pricing, marketing, logistics, and engineering;
• Analyze to facilitate assessments of the financial health of the portfolio and management of the territory's KPIs;
• Implement operational excellence and safety standards with clients, ensuring the dissemination of appropriate training and execution standards on-site.
• Bachelor's degree required;
• Willingness to relocate to MARABÁ-PA;
• Valid driver's license (CNH B) and availability for travel within the region;
• Previous experience in negotiation and client relationship management;
• Experience in the beverage industry is a plus;
• Proficiency in Excel.
