Gerente de Proyectos ERP, Odoo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Define the strategy for the evolution of the Odoo ecosystem within the organization.

• Design and execute the implementation roadmap, enhancements, and migrations of the ERP.

• Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of business processes.

• Plan and oversee projects related to Odoo.

• Define the scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables for each project.

• Manage risks, changes, and deviations during implementations.

• Lead teams of developers and functional consultants.

• Establish standards and best practices for development in Odoo.

• Oversee implementations and configurations of various ERP modules.

• Coordinate integrations with external systems via APIs and web services.

• Define policies for user administration, roles, and permissions.

• Design and coordinate the support and help desk framework for the ERP.

• Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and external consultants.

• Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for new implementations or developments.

• Participate in pre-sales processes, functional demos, and solution definition for internal or external clients.

• Validate estimates for time, cost, and scope of technology projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience working with Odoo ERP.

• Experience leading technical and/or functional teams in ERP projects.

• Experience in implementation, evolution, and support of business solutions based on Odoo.

• Experience participating in pre-sales processes and functional demonstrations.

• Experience estimating scopes, timelines, and costs for technology projects.

• Direct participation in Odoo ERP implementation projects in business environments.

• Experience coordinating custom developments and additional modules.

• Experience with migrations and version upgrades of Odoo.

• Experience with integrations via APIs or web services.

• Advanced English is essential.
