This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Lead Fixed Price projects by defining scope, time, and cost baselines.

• Ensure profitability, gross margin, and contractual success of the projects.

• Implement advanced estimation techniques supported by AI agents.

• Optimize resource sizing and expedite delivery times.

• Monitor the financial health of the project through CPI, SPI, EAC, ETC, forecasts, and cash flow management.

• Establish formal change control procedures to safeguard the scope.

• Manage risk matrices and mitigate scope creep.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams using Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches.

• Ensure alignment with client dependencies and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Integrate Artificial Intelligence agents into IT project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience leading projects and processes in Information Technology (IT) environments.

• Strong experience with Fixed Price models, scope protection, margin management, contingencies, and change control.

• Bilingual proficiency in English to interact with international clients and stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of PMBOK, 7th edition.

• Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and scaled frameworks.

• Ability to execute hybrid approaches.

• Proficient in financial metrics EVM.

• Mastery of estimation techniques such as PERT, Bottom-up, and Story Points.

• Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Monday.

• Interest and practical understanding of how AI accelerates software delivery and enhances productivity.

• PMP® certification (PMI) is desirable.

• Scrum Master, SAFe, or LeSS certifications are preferred.

• Experience in projects with stabilization clauses, guarantees, and DORA or SPACE frameworks is desirable.
