Gerente de Projetos Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the project backlog, prioritizing deliveries based on business and technical criteria;

• Ensure traceability of development items within Azure Devops management tools;

• Monitor and report on delivery KPIs: Lead Time, Cycle Time, MTTR, Deployment Frequency;

• Manage risks, impediments, and dependencies among teams and work fronts;

• Lead change management and executive communication with client stakeholders;

• Ensure adherence to methodology and correct use of tools (Copado, Jira, Confluence, Teams);

• Prepare status reports, minutes, and project documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management;

• Experience in large-scale technology projects;

• Proficiency in agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe;

• Familiarity with tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams;

• Knowledge of Data and AI projects;

• Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP;

• Intermediate/advanced English for technical reading and writing.
