📋 Description

• Oversee IT projects, particularly software development initiatives.

• Lead large-scale projects, managing scope, schedule, risks, costs, and deliverables.

• Manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders effectively.

• Implement Agile methodologies, with a focus on Scrum.

• Identify, monitor, and address risks, impediments, and critical situations within projects.

• Handle crisis management, ensuring swift decision-making.

• Track indicators, statuses, deliverables, and outcomes of projects.

• Ensure effective communication with teams, clients, and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience as an IT Project Manager.

• Proven track record in software development projects.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

• Experience managing large-scale, high-complexity projects.

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.

• Course or certification in Crisis Management.

• Resilient, organized, analytical profile with the ability to work under pressure.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proactive with the ability to make decisions in complex scenarios.

• Bachelor's degree completed or pursuing in the IT field.

• Willingness to travel.

• Contract type: PJ.
